Rules of procedure
Article 1
For safety reasons, and so as not to disrupt sporting activities, customers must leave their personal belongings in the areas provided for this purpose. For reasons of hygiene and safety, Striking reserves the right to empty unoccupied areas.
Article 2
The Customer undertakes to book his or her participation in a group class from the Member Area at www.striking-paris15.com. Striking reserves the right to refuse participation in a group lesson to any Customer who has not registered in advance. Group classes have priority over a Customer's private class in the use of sports facilities. Striking may deny a Customer access to a sports area if a group or private class is scheduled to take place there.
Article 3
Use of the sports facilities by the customer is forbidden outside group and private lessons. Any use of the sports areas must be under the supervision of a Striking sports consultant.
Article 4
The customer must wear clean, specific indoor sports clothing and footwear, exclusive of any other use. The Customer must wear all protective gear requested by the sports advisor during a group class. In particular, a mouth guard and ear muff are compulsory for all group classes held in the club's ring. For reasons of hygiene, customers must use a small towel to place on the equipment and floor mats they use. The use of cell phones is strictly forbidden in sports areas.
Article 5
The Customer must respect good morals and good manners towards other Customers and Striking staff.
The Customer undertakes to comply with the instructions given by the instructor supervising the class in which he/she is participating, in particular to ensure his/her safety and that of other participants.
Article 6
To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, Customers must not make any noise in the street in front of the Club.
Article 7
The customer undertakes only to practice a sporting activity within the club and to respect the activities offered in the various areas. He/she undertakes not to damage the Club's facilities or equipment. He/she must, among other things, put away any equipment that he/she has moved while practicing the sport. He/she undertakes to comply with hygiene regulations and, in particular, to use the garbage cans provided.
Article 8
The customer must respect the smoking ban.
Article 9
The Customer is not authorized to give lessons or sports advice on the Striking Club premises. It is forbidden to sell any kind of service or product.
Article 10
Outsiders, whether benefiting from a trial session or authorized to enter the club from time to time by virtue of a specific agreement, must respect the same obligations. During training sessions, customers may not be accompanied by non-members, who must wait for them at the club entrance.
Article 11
For reasons relating to Striking's Civil Liability, the use of personal sports equipment is strictly forbidden within the club premises, with the exception of equipment required for the practice of boxing, kick boxing, muay thai and MMA.
Article 12
Striking reserves the right to exclude offenders temporarily or permanently in the event of failure to comply with these rules and regulations.
In the event of an incident causing injury to another participant in a class in which the Customer is taking part, Striking reserves the right to exclude the Customer from the said class.
Article 13
In the context of the Covid-19 health crisis, the internal regulations are supplemented by specific measures. Customers must :
- Come with a specific pair of clean shoes (not worn outside), which must be carried in a bag for use in the club only,
- Wash hands regularly or use a hydro-alcoholic solution,
- Cough or sneeze into your elbow or into a handkerchief,
- Blow your nose into a single-use tissue,
- Avoid touching your face,
- Say hello without shaking hands, and stop hugging,
- Wash hands before putting on personal protective equipment and after removing it,
- Maintain a distance of at least one metre from other people in the Club,
- Clean the sports equipment provided during the class (punching bags, dumbbells, medicine balls, floor mats, etc.),
- Not to come to the Club in case of Covid-19 symptoms.
